I had a fantastic experience with the H&R Block team in Jasper again this year. They made doing our taxes so easy and stress-free. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tax assistance. Five stars all the way!
Called and asked what I needed to bring the day of the appointment and wasn’t told about anything that I needed. when I got there the lady was rude I didn’t have the documents and when I asked questions back to the lady as being from a different country wasn’t sure of processes in Canada she was telling me to wait and her energy wasn’t pleasant the whole experience didn’t make me feel comfortable. Felt like I had to put up with the behaviour because of her position.
Matricia was fantastic with helping me with my taxes. Working 5 different jobs in a year on a temporary working holiday visa, she made it clear and simple and took a load of stress off while I filed from overseas. Thanks so much Matricia and the staff at H&R block Jasper! You guys are awesome.
