I booked an appointment online for 6pm. The next day I received a text saying my appointment is confirmed for a different time slot, so I called the office. I spoke to Audrey and she told me she didn’t see anything on her end, but the 6pm time slot was open. Audrey then confirmed my appointment and I didn’t receive any other notifications. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and profofessional.
The people at h&r block made it very easy for me to get my taxes filed. They removed all the stress and anxiety I had regarding the situation and I will definitely be returning next year and many years to follow.
