Filed my tax return wrong. Was told I owed 10,000s of dollars got a letter through on Thursday called hr block and they had everything figured out Friday in an hour. Fantastic service by frienty ko! Amazing from start to finish !
For tax experts, I was met with a ‘not my problem attitude’ and no help/support or advice. The advice I got from Ermina was to file on my own online and told “whatever” when I said that I wasn’t comfortable with that, that’s why I came there. Front desk lady was nice tho!
I have been to other H&R Block locations and never had an issue but this one? Never again. From the moment we walked in, the tax associate, Mehmood Agha, completely ignored my presence. He greeted only my partner, didn't even glance my way, and had to be asked whether the appointment was for both of us. It was humiliating. For the entire appointment, he directed every question to my partner instead of me, and only ever referred to me as "her" or "the madam." I genuinely could not believe what I was experiencing.
