Sat here for 20 minutes without even being spoken to. No one at those front desk, I even called the location and I literally could’ve picked up my own call. Absolutely zero urgency. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
I had multiple years to file and Frienty was so kind, helpful, and efficient! Definitely went above and beyond which I so appreciate. 🙂
I had a bad experience getting my taxes done here. The staff were rude and messed up my taxes. I was charged almost $800 without bring told upfront. Then they missed filling the year I came in for and it ended up costing me $1600. Ultimately, it was very expensive, I was treated poorly, and they messed things up anyway.
Filed my tax return wrong. Was told I owed 10,000s of dollars got a letter through on Thursday called hr block and they had everything figured out Friday in an hour. Fantastic service by frienty ko! Amazing from start to finish !
For tax experts, I was met with a ‘not my problem attitude’ and no help/support or advice. The advice I got from Ermina was to file on my own online and told “whatever” when I said that I wasn’t comfortable with that, that’s why I came there. Front desk lady was nice tho!
