Find a reputable accountant, do not use these people. Total hassle, they neglected to file part of my taxes and then wanted to charge me to fix their mistake.
I have seen Frienty every year for my taxes and she never disappoints. Frienty makes the whole daunting task of taxes so seamless and she is also the most friendly lady ever. Can’t wait to see her next year!
WOULDNT RECOMMEND!! Over priced for a poor service and bad customer experience. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. We are first timers for end of year taxes as have just moved from the UK. The process here was very confusing and not well explained and our tax accountant unfortunately did not follow process to get our direct debit information uploaded and instead submitted our information with the refund coming by cheque despite us specifically asking not to. TERRIBLE SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! We are first timers for end of year taxes as have just moved from the UK. The receptionist was unhelpful and very rude to my partner over the phone. Over VERY BAD EXPERIENCE and will not be over paying for a poor service with this company again!
