Thanks again Frienty for the excellent service this year with our returns. Frienty had been our trusted tax pro for 13 years, and we followed her to this location from Crowfoot when she was transferred. Always a pleasure, and we enjoyed some complementary Starbucks hot chocolate & coffee from their fancy dispensing machine. I would recommend this location to all in need of quick tax refund or filing. Same day refund via pre-paid card for all who qualify. We just did basic T4 return so was easy process!
H&R Block caused us severe financial and emotional stress. We trusted a remote H&R Block tax “expert” to submit mine and my wife’s taxes to the CRA for the 2024 tax year. Not only were they unresponsive on the online portal, they made a serious and costly error in our return and also charged me twice by mistake. My wife and I work from home and claimed that 12% of our apartment was used for work-from-home purposes.
