HR Block did a great job!!
Got cancelled without any notification until I arrived the office. The reason they cancelled my appointment is because of double booking. Front desk told me the cancellation was made 1 hr later I made my appointment successfully doesn’t know why I didn’t get the notification. Maybe you should spend some money and effort to make your system better rather than keep earning money from tax reporter
