Bizarrely terrible experience. Came in and the bad smell was overwhelming. I was told that the person I had an appointment with was not there and no one had heard from him. He showed up 20 mins late, needed 15 mins to "get ready" and then when I finally sat down with him he told me he couldn't do my fairly straightforward taxes and I would need a different appointment with a "specialist" despite the fact that I had answered many questions about my taxes in order to make this appointment. HR Block did a great job!!
Got cancelled without any notification until I arrived the office. The reason they cancelled my appointment is because of double booking. Front desk told me the cancellation was made 1 hr later I made my appointment successfully doesn’t know why I didn’t get the notification. Maybe you should spend some money and effort to make your system better rather than keep earning money from tax reporter
