Called on Saturday April 11 and scheduled appointment to have our 2025 taxes done. Front line staff were skilled at making the appointment. Spoke with Myesha Nicholson prior to the appointment. Lousy attitude from tax office receptionist named Pamela - my appointment was at 9am . Didn’t get called until 9:40am Pamela did not notify any of the tax analyst because she didnt want to get up from her desk . Unprofessional and Rude .
