Never going back to an H&R block ever again! Every time I come in, I'm stuck waiting for at least 30 mins for my agent to finish with their last customer, and to add to that, this visit was by far the worst. The prices had gone up this month and my "tax analyst" Adiba Rehman didnt share that until the end of filing, she denied me an extension I requested without stating any other reason than the computer not allowing it on her screen, lied about the payment plan options available with the IRS after convincing me to file, so ... read more
Absolute incompetence. I needed a very small adjustment made to my taxes, and they were completely unwilling and unable to help.
3 years in a row this location has been late to my tax appointment. They'll either schedule a phone call, and not call you. Or they'll leave you waiting in the lobby for 20-30 minutes. Tax returns take more than an hour a lot of times, is the excuse. Yet they still cram appointments in every hour, and provide a horrible client experience.
