Our local H&R Block office has handled my mother’s taxes for the past several years since my father passed. They have done a wonderful job. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They put her at ease with a process she is fairly unfamiliar with. Appreciate the great service.

Amazing. David Brady was able to get my taxes done without me having to step foot in their building, which is exceptional when you are extremely busy.
Call spammers. These guys call me like 5 times a week about my taxes, I called asked them to stop calling, still called almost daily. I will do my taxes when I am ready to. Congratulations on losing easy business by being overly aggressive salesmen. I'll go elsewhere for taxes and just block your calls. Edit: thanks for the ai response. You call me 4 to 5 times a week still. Beware if you do taxes here they will relentlessly spam you with calls.
Never going back to an H&R block ever again! Every time I come in, I'm stuck waiting for at least 30 mins for my agent to finish with their last customer, and to add to that, this visit was by far the worst. The prices had gone up this month and my "tax analyst" Adiba Rehman didnt share that until the end of filing, she denied me an extension I requested without stating any other reason than the computer not allowing it on her screen, lied about the payment plan options available with the IRS after convincing me to file, so ... read more
