Long wait . Lack of knowledge. First time we walked into the office . We was told we owed money. That the person needed more time to figure out what's going on with our taxes . We got a phone call saying we need to come back another day. We got scheduled a week later to our appointment got rescheduled for an hour later last minute. We got there and still have to wait over an hour when we was told we will get seen in around half hour. We waited over an hour to get seen .

I have been going to H&R Block in Santee for 20 years, but today I had a person very inexperienced and didn't put in my property taxes, and all this information was missing from my Taxes. I now have to have an amendment done. I was there almost 3 hours the person was so confused back and forth to the screen, deleted numbers , then back to the same screen and would add other numbers, then called for help. H&R Block charges $370 dollars and you would expect to have someone experienced there, it was so scary there. Wow what a d... read more

The lady who answered the phone lied about what services they provide and how much they can actually do for the costumer. Id recommend using turbo tax. I was there for 3 hours and still they asked to come back another day to finish .
