First time filing with H&R Block this year. Scheduling was a breeze. Rebekah Harrold was my tax expert at this branch. Rebekah was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered every question I had. Thank you very much for you’re help Rebekah and Santee H&R Block.
Not a very good experience for me. I went there specifically so I wouldn’t have any issues with filing since I had moved from another state and was recently divorced. It ended up costing close to 700 dollars fo file with them. It has been a month and a half and I still haven’t received a return, only to find out the address was entered incorrectly and the IRS has supposedly sent me 2 letters. Now I have to take time from work that I can’t afford, to sort it all out and then have to wait an additional 9 weeks to sort it out. ... read more
