Do not file with H&R Block. I had a horrible experience from confirming my appointment that they said was never confirmed. Then they scanned my paperwork and instead of being seen right away. They told me I would do them online instead of waiting to be seen between appointments and they would call me back that night since they were busy and scheduled. The business shows walk ins welcome….but don’t do it they will not see you I went 1 hour before they closed and they turned me away….
Do not file with HR block if your a tax payer you will not see what you earned when you apply for a loan. These people make me absolutely sick. Racial discrimination against white clients. Unprofessional and can't explain why suddenly this year my loan was less
Had an appointment at 5pm today to discuss our taxes and the whole office was closed. Called and the representative didn’t know why it was empty and confirmed we had an appointment. I took off work and now our time is wasted. Not very professional.
