I have been coming to H&R block for years. Always a good experience
Don’t go here, the normal guy I went too that was helpful is gone. I just called up there for them to approve my ct tax return, due too moving out of state. The gentleman Gary started off extremely rude, didn’t understand what I was talking about, told me that I can approve of my own taxes, even though another office said I can’t. No option to pay online or to approve it. So I’m back trying to call another H and r block. Never will I ever call them, recommend them to people still in the area, again. I booked my appointment with H&R Block Thomaston CT for 20 year in a row and for 19 yrs had requested GARY GALLAGHER every time..!!!! He is a true professional that knows his job 100%. Great place highly recommend fast and efficient
Don’t go here! Diana filed my taxes incorrectly. How does this happen? I’ve never had this experience. She refused to return calls. The woman working in the office would not take my complaint. Kept putting me through to Diana who wouldn’t take my call and did not return voicemails. I was going to send my two children here to get their taxes done, but I can promise you, we are finished with H&R Block.
