We were advised wrong on how we should file. Then we file an amended return in April and it still hasn't been filed. My sons taxes were never filed by the agent either. I have left multiple messaged and nothing got returned. We have been clients for years.. completely unhappy and don't know what to do now.

She was very friendly and helpful through the entire process! I highly recommend her. We were originally filed for our taxes to be amended back in April, but 5 months later they are still pending to be filed and no one wants to respond back to me at all. Poor customer service
