Don’t go here! Diana filed my taxes incorrectly. How does this happen? I’ve never had this experience. She refused to return calls. The woman working in the office would not take my complaint. Kept putting me through to Diana who wouldn’t take my call and did not return voicemails. I was going to send my two children here to get their taxes done, but I can promise you, we are finished with H&R Block. Don’t go here. H&R Block just opened a formal complaint into Diana Velasco and her friend, Joyce. Diana, after taking her shoes off and putting them up on her desk last year, incorrectly filed my taxes with the amount supposed to be paid to the irs now missing, she told me it was mandatory to put the return on their emerald card and not my account, kept my w-2 from the previous year as “Joyce will make sure the commission goes to me”. We were advised wrong on how we should file. Then we file an amended return in April and it still hasn't been filed. My sons taxes were never filed by the agent either. I have left multiple messaged and nothing got returned. We have been clients for years.. completely unhappy and don't know what to do now.
Chrissy C went above and beyond for us! So happy she was able to help us get our taxes amended! She was very knowledgeable and let us know step by step how the process works. She was very friendly and helpful through the entire process! I highly recommend her. We were originally filed for our taxes to be amended back in April, but 5 months later they are still pending to be filed and no one wants to respond back to me at all. Poor customer service
