I haven’t filed with this place in over three years yet they’re calling me CONSTANTLY, leaving voicemails, sending me emails TELLING ME that I have an appt scheduled with them this tax season when in fact I do not, and have not called them in 3+ years. It’s tacky to assume that I’m filing with you, and for you to book an appointment on my behalf without ever consulting with me. Your delusion about me coming to you is the very reason why I never will again. Please lose my phone number and quit being weird.
This establishment charged me $1873 for tax preparation from 2017 through February of 2020 and two different preparers had the nerve to take my business when I was barely above poverty at best in each year and as a result had the simplest of tax returns. In fact, when I went in 2020, I was charged more for the tax preparation than I earned from working in all of 2019. The fees appear to be randomly generated too: $416.00 in 2016, $398.00 in 2018, $531.00 in 2019 and $528.00 in 2020. No itemization to be found. My taxes in fa... read more
The E90&1 Ave location is convenient, clean, efficiently run with very kind and courteous front desk staff. Our tax preparer, Philip Cameron, is excellent! He is thorough, efficient, professional and empathetic. Highly recommend. Been doing taxes with HR block for over a decade and will continue to do so. Accurate, reliable and reasonable prices.
