Diane Court was absolutely incredible. Patient, thoughtful and helpful.
I had an appointment at this location with Rachel on Monday 4/13 at 12:00. When i made the appointment I made a note of all the documents that I was going to bring to the appointment. I also called and let the office know that I was running 15 mins late and was advised by the phone receptionist that it was ok to come as Rachel was running late too. Hello . Today I had my taxes wonderfully prepared by RACHAEL ANNE ITWARU. RACHEL also did ny taxes last year. RACHEL is very professional, exceptionally knowledeable, extremely patient and 100 % thorough i made my appointment, with RACHEL, for next year. DANIEL, at the front desk is very kind and patient.
