I cannot begin to express how horrible my experience has been here…now twice. The first time I made an appointment, they changed the time of my appointment without my confirmation to a time that didn’t work for me. I had no idea until the day of when I saw a text that confirmed my appointment time having a different time than what was initially scheduled/confirmed/texted.
