I had a very uncomfortable experience. Namrata, kept insisting on things even after I said no, and she and others were whispering during the appointment. They seemed unsure and were giving incorrect information, which made me feel pressured and dismissed. When I started crying, they refused to continue helping me. I would not recommend this office.
Got my taxes done. A little confusing because the irs couldn’t complete but the lady and manager explained it to me very well and I appreciate the time took to explain. Doing taxes is stressing but they made it understandable. Thank you
