Horrible experience! Absolutely the most unprofessional people I’ve ever come in contact with!! They knew NOTHING about writing off my electric car then lied to my face about it and told me to get out of their office! Carla was unbelievable! I’ve never seen someone claiming to be a professional dress more like a slob and act the exact same way!! Don’t waste your time here or your money!

A hidden fee on using a tax loop hole was included on finale cost. Overall , the fee payed was probably necessary to allow for larger return.
