Stop calling me and take me off your customer list, next time try apologizing
Very unprofessional, was very rude to me about an appointment I did not make and wouldn't apologize, when I spoke to the supervisor, the supervisor believed her assistant really apologized to me, when she really did not.
Made a simple mistake of making an appointment for me without my knowledge and never apologized, just kept hanging up on me after constantly asking for their supervisor.
