I wasted almost 30 mins after doing my taxes the credit card reader will not work. They restarted it and it still wouldn't work. After 30 mins I had to leave. They expect me to come back out of my way to pay. I shouldn't have to pay or waste anymore of my time. When I was patiently waiting to pay my bill.
Eric Ullman is a scam artist... Messed up my taxes completely... Taxed me on my total income and not my taxable income after standard deductions leading to me owing almost double what I should have to pay... Have tried to contact him since last year and he has not even tried to get back to me... Going to someone else for this issue. I've used HR Block for literally years, so when I saw that I owed 8k in taxes I knew something had to have been wrong. I even asked him and said that didn't sound right and "nope"... what a liar.
