The worker is very rude and he is old and has white hair and he even said he was going to beat up someone because they where not leaving and he only needed help

Avoid like the plague. They wrongfully handled my Roth IRA and now I owe thousands back. It's their fault, but they refuse responsibility. Try another branch!
This is not a TAX consultant/advisor. All they do is prepare TAX documents. Don’t waste your time coming here… they don’t follow due process or follow up with their customer. I gave this location a try two different years, and they couldn’t provide me with insight on my tax situation and on this go around they wait till 4 days till file date to request birth certificate and social security cards of my on going dependents. The BC is something I didn’t have close by. They will have you scrambling at the last minute.
