Went there with several yrs of taxes that needed to be filed my appt was with Yoann he didn’t ask me any questions if I had a dependent a house a buisiness nothing . Don’t go to him he will not get u the right amount I watched him as he pressed no on the computer going down the list then told me I owe money . Would not recommend at all He needs to get his license revoked . Went somewhere else and now getting money back not Owing money. And he told me he can only file 2 yrs worth. When I had more years to file than just 2
They changed my appointment time without my knowledge and consent. I booked a year ago; that they reached out 2 week prior to the appointment to confirm. Their had a lack of compassion & understanding of what they did to me was very disrespectful & disappointing. It inconvenience my whole day where I could’ve been so much more productive if I knew they changed my appointment time.
Sandra Richards is the absolute best Tax Professional H&R Block has to offer. I have had no issues with her, and she is so well versed in tax preparation information. I will be continuing to returning to her for years to come! Thank you, for hiring this exceptional employee! Best decision i've made in years. No regrets. 10/10

After realizing I made a mistake while filling out my W-4 for a new job (10 months ago) during the end of tax season, I drove myself to the closest H&R block on Easter.
