The representative that works at multiple locations including this one name Alexis gave me a call last night at 11:26 PM. They are very unprofessional when I called to talk to them about the situation they turned it around on me and said that’s my problem. If you are looking for a professional environment with professional people, this is not it. You can find someone else do your taxes that cost half the price.
Beth was so so awesome ! She answered all my questions and explained everything clear as day!. She was helpful sweet and super fast. I am definitely coming back!
Our associate, Carol, was friendly and efficient. When my elderly father forgot one of his documents, she was patient and kind, helping us reschedule our appointment to complete his return. We will continue to use H&R Block for our tax needs.
