I don't recommend anyone to come to this location, the person who did my taxes did it wrong I paid for the fee that I owed then couple of weeks later I got a letter from IRS that I owe them over $1000.
The representative that works at multiple locations including this one name Alexis gave me a call last night at 11:26 PM. They are very unprofessional when I called to talk to them about the situation they turned it around on me and said that’s my problem. If you are looking for a professional environment with professional people, this is not it. You can find someone else do your taxes that cost half the price.
Beth was so so awesome ! She answered all my questions and explained everything clear as day!. She was helpful sweet and super fast. I am definitely coming back!
