Anna was very professional and helpful during my appointment. I'm very pleased with the whole process.
Worst customer service took 8 months for tax refund due to them taking my bank account number down incorrectly. Then decided to refund me the fees for service and messed that up too still haven’t received after too many wasted hours on phone
