As always, Ana Lavallee Is always an outstanding master tax advisor she leads us every year and what we should do. I have always used her and I will continue to use her.
Took my money and they didn’t even help me, no one will call me back and the customer service agents in the office purposely dodge the calls at the end of the day. I had a called scheduled with Rebecca and she never called me; this is not the first time with these people ever. So called tax experts yeah… right
Rebecca never called me for the scheduled 5pm appointment, she does this every time… I want a refund at this point. How can you guys be tax experts yet give this level of customer service? Also good luck calling and getting ahold of someone. Been calling them back since 5:30pm and nobody at the office will answer. Clearly they left early for the day.
Anna was very professional and helpful during my appointment. I'm very pleased with the whole process.
