Had to school people that assisted with my taxes with information from the IRS website that contradicted what the ‘professional’ thought needed to be done. Not only was it stressful but it also took several weeks to get someone to even contact me after I submitted a good bit of information online through their website.
Unfortunately they messed up my return, so now I have to wait for my amended return which takes SIXTEEN weeks.
