Kimberly needs to learn how to speak not only to customers, but to her fellow associates as well. Very unprofessional and rude with my boyfriend and the sweet lady who ACTUALLY helped him.
Extremely disappointed with this and all HR Block as a whole. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and this year they dropped the ball. I paid almost 400 to have them file my return and have YET to receive my tax return. No one claims they can help me. Instead I am on a wild goose chase hoping that someone from the iRs returns my call. By late August. What a messed up system we live in!
They was very professional
Had appt at 4. They called to reschedule to 5. We show up 10 min early. Told she was with a client. We left approx 5:15 after being offered to reschedule again. No thanks. We went somewhere else. No consideration for people's time or wasting of gas.
