Overdue review on our recent experience at this location. Jared deserves to have a great day everyday. He was very patient with my husband and I. I really wish he worked everywhere else - life would be easier.
I walked out before my appointment even started. Kimberly Perkins was very rude from the start. I let her know I had an apt and she asked me where my documents were. I told her I had them and she said very rudely “ok where are they?” I was very nice and I let her know I couldn’t log into my online acct and asked if I could email some documents, but I had the others. Went in 5 minutes early for our appointment and was asked by the Bulldog upfront, Kimberly Perkins, what we were there for. I told her we had an appointment and she asked if we had our documents and my wife advised her we had some electronically if that was okay, to which she said “you have to have them.” In a very condescending tone. Jared helped me get $2000 I didn't know I didn't even know I could have! It's clear he loves what he does. As a business owner, I appreciate that. He turned this frown upside down! Any business owner in the Plant City area could use his help.
Kimberly needs to learn how to speak not only to customers, but to her fellow associates as well. Very unprofessional and rude with my boyfriend and the sweet lady who ACTUALLY helped him.
