I will never return to the H&R Block location on Thonotosassa Road. The tax preparers there appear inexperienced. I paid an upfront fee with the understanding that I would receive a full refund, yet I later noticed an additional $42.00 deducted from my account. This issue has never occurred at the Walden Woods location, where the preparers are more experienced. Additionally, customers should carefully read every digital form before signing. I have been doing my taxes with H & R block for years now about 5/6 and i usually go to the one thats by Redman , i accidentally made an appt for the one here … let me tell you, NO ACCIDENT , layla was super informative, personable, funny, helpful & really did her thing with my return even gave me tips for next years return alsooo, the front desk lady, i didnt get her name really was friendly & funny. Made me feel really welcomed. Overall, save yourself time and come here.
They were so nice and helpful! They have such good patience and understanding!
