Miss Annette was very nice and explained things well. However, I WILL NEVER USE H&R Block again. It cost me $285 to get my taxes done. It cost way too much for them to fill out forms on a program. It wasn't complicated. Ridiculous.
My wife and I came here having only ever done our own taxes in the past. We worked with Sheri Brandon and we were so pleasantly surprised. We learned a lot and didn't have to pay nearly as much as we expected. On top of that Sheri is just a wonderful person.
Always do my taxes here this year 2025 I made a appointment I have the confirmation and I call before arrival show up just to be informed that my appointment wasn’t ever made Incompetent at full level Good thing they just lost a costumer
