I've been dealing with this H and R block for many years good history with atul. But this year 2024 he gave me horrible customer service. He scheduled me for Saturday at 5. when I came, He had no space to see me til 8. I can't understand why he made me feel like he didn't want to prepare my taxes at all smh. He insulted me and judged me while preparing my taxes. He did not Talk to me much.it was like he rushed to file to get me out.
