Long story short, if you want to take the stress out of the Income Tax Preparation process, make an appointment at H & R Block. Their tax preparers are knowledgeable and friendly. You can rest assured when you meet with your preparer you are working with a professional who cares about you and will work to make certain you get the best possible outcome on your Income Tax Return.

Wanda Kromer. Ongoing nightmare from incorrect amendment filed by this office 2 years ago. They admitted the error. Had to schedule another appointment with Wanda, who was apologetic, and helped us "fix" the amendment done from their office. After a lot of back and forth, she happily called us to tell us that the problem had been resolved, and all was good. Got a letter yesterday (some 10 months after) from the IRS. I highly recommend the Hendersonville, TN location on Anderson Lane. The staff there are exceptionally nice and knowledgeable - especially Wanda Kromer. You are likely to receive a larger refund with their assistance than if you handle it on your own.
