Wanda Kromer. Ongoing nightmare from incorrect amendment filed by this office 2 years ago. They admitted the error. Had to schedule another appointment with Wanda, who was apologetic, and helped us "fix" the amendment done from their office. After a lot of back and forth, she happily called us to tell us that the problem had been resolved, and all was good. Got a letter yesterday (some 10 months after) from the IRS.
