IMO, This is not the firm that you want if you want accuracy and professional service. The legal and other rep.'s hide behind meaningless comments even though the paper trail shows errors and inaccuracies in their tax prep. Legal rep.'s are arrogant and unprofessional bullies, IMO!
We had a lot more than usual to do with our taxes this year due to everything odd happening in our world with the pandemic, Paul was very helpful and patient with us!
I took me making 5 phone calls to two different H & R offices over the 6 weeks since I turned in my file to finally track down my file. I finally was able to locate a Brenda Walsh and she was very apologetic about my troubles and personally computed my return while I was sitting in her office. She is an outstanding H &R Block employee!!! Thank you, Brenda Note: the negative responses below reflect the two H & R Offices I called. The positive responses reflect the excellent service I received from Brenda Walsh.
