I went to have my taxes done and the agent that assisted us failed to update our mailing address on our tax return. We were to receive a tax refund from the state. We filed the last week of March and still have not received our refund. We had to go to where's my refund site and ask about it, now we received an email we have to wait another 30 days to receive the refund. I had no problems at first with Christina Wensell. But if I got my taxes she was helping with previous year taxes. it was really hard to reach her about anything and when I did she never got around to it. I gave it some time to reach out again but then was told she just never got the time again to look at it. Then I was told that she would pass my situation over to someone else for some reason and never got back to me on anything else. I currently got a new rep so I’m hoping to see progress.
