Karen Quinn of valdwin is amazing she will only be there for 2 more days I highly suggest you seek her out. Every other experience at h and r was misery she has changed my mind and I will always use her from now on despite there very high prices. She made me feel cared fir and explained what I didn't know and did it with a smile never sparky or sarcastic.
