DON'T THINK THAT BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT MEANS THEY'LL SEE YOU. I BOOKED MY APPOINTMENT WAITED FOR THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, DROVE TO A DIFFERENT CITY TO WORK WITH A PREPARER THAT I HAD WORKED WITH BEFORE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT IF YOU DON'T CALL THEM AND CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT THAT YOU'VE ALREADY BOOKED THEY WILL GIVE IT AWAY.
I gave them a 1 star because it will not take anything less, I arrived for my appointment for 6:00PM at 5:30Pm. Ms. Karen W. came out at out at 545PM and looked at my tax forms and stated that it was a lot of work. she then looks at another client paperwork and says I will do this one because it's easy. She came over to me and stated can I do this one first it will take 5 minutes.
