Every single time I’ve been in here or called they are always extremely rude! I called trying to make sure I did my taxes right, and the front desk person was very unprofessional and unwilling to help. I had a bad experience with them last year where they filed my taxes wrong and then started being very rude when I addressed it. We have been coming here for 5 years and we have been working with John for the last 4 tax seasons. Even when we didn't live here, he was our tax guy!
