I had a very disappointing experience at the H&R Block location in Grovetown. Debbie Cranata was not welcoming at all and came across as very rude from the start. The customer service was far below what I expected. At one point, when my husband stepped away to use the restroom, he overheard Debbie complaining about having another customer to deal with and mentioning that she was supposed to be off by 11.
