I am thoroughly impressed with the Tappahannock H&R block. This was the first time I was filing taxes separately from my parents, so I was unsure of the process, but Lisa was so helpful and explained everything clearly. The desk monitor was appreciated in letting me follow along to what she was doing, and between the two, I left with a much better understanding of the tax process.
