Incompetent, unprofessional, and lazy. Delia jones held onto my taxes for six weeks. Doesn’t know how to download them then told me she figured it out then reached out and told me she can’t figure it out. I told her I’ll come in and bring it and she said she doesn’t wanna work with me. If you want unreliable and amazingly incompetent, this is the H&R Block for you.
Incompetent and unprofessional! Delia said my taxes will take her 1 hour to complete. 6 weeks later still not done! I provided all documents to Delia 6 weeks ago —on a very simple tax return a previous H&R person did for me last year. The last person completed everything in 45 minutes.
