Was getting text messages confirming my appointment, saying it was going to be by phone. I called to confirm in person appointment and they confirmed that i should come into the kihei office at scheduled time, which i did. when i got there, they were confused as to which office the tax preparer was supposed to be. i waited 30 minutes and they couldn't find the man that was supposed to complete my taxes. Great customer service when you schedule an appointment at the office... Calling to schedule an appointment is a huge waste of time...
