Ms. Sue is the best of the best, she always takes care of me and makes sure everything is correct and I’m getting the maximum return possible, I’d never go to another person to do my taxes.
Went in to see Karen sue and let me tell you our first time there and if need your taxes done H&R Block at towers and see Karen sue fast very knowledgeable very fast and efficient. I have never had a better person do my taxes. She was so good.
The front desk is amazing. However after we paid $330 for filing married with 2 dependents and never got our taxes filed correctly. There were multiple mistake with dependents socials and names. They did quickly issue a refund for the $330. We won't ever use towers H&R Block again.
