Their agents are pleasant to work with but so far they have done nothing but mess up my taxes. I filed in 2020 with them and had a Mortgage Credit Certificate. I mentioned this to the person preparing my taxes and they stated I could not use it with the standard deduction. The next year 2021 I discovered she was wrong and I was able to file with it, which gave me an extra $1400 from my federal return for 2020. Been coming here for a couple years with Pat. He's always easy to work with, explains everything to you as he is going step by step, answers all questions you might have professionally, only there for about 20 minutes, and got some of my return within an hour since they have debit cards now. Would recommend calling them.
