Allen was great! Only reason for a 4 star...they lost my tax documentation that was dropped off to them. Management issue. I will be using Allen again next year.
with the exception of the receptionist, everyone seems to be 100 years old, with the disposition to match, unfriendly, slow, and when he gave me a quote of $220.00 for a simple three 1099 .no itemizing, i said adios. Stay clear of this outfit, I was told to stay clear, I didn't listen
