I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lanila Rivera at this H&R Block location. She was unprofessional, rude, and consistently spoke in a condescending tone. Any time I asked for clarification or expressed a different perspective, she responded in a dismissive and argumentative manner. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a tax advisor. Adine was very personable and kind, and helped me resubmit a tax form from the previous year. Had some good conversation outside of doing the tax-related things.
Love our prepare, she has both of us my partner and I at one time in And out with returns in hand thank you H&R Block sunset
Loved it! Lanila was great!
My favorite is Lanila Rivera. She has been my tax professional for the longest. I come back for her and the customer service. The price keeps going up and in person visits are getting more difficult. They are trying to replace people with kiosks and machines. I dont like it.
