Regina was very helpful and care and concern and the comfortable relation talk made me feel at ease and not stress all questions answer with details Thanks a bunch 3 years still for sure be back next😉🤩
Customer service clearly isn’t a priority at this H&R Block location. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and lacked basic people skills. If interacting with clients feels like a burden, this might not be the right role.12/10 would NOT RECOMMEND.
