This place overcharged me massively to do a pretty straightforward return that took about 30 minutes. It was like going to the hospital. They do the work without telling you how much it will cost, then hit you with a huge bill at the end. Enjoy your ill begotten gains H & R Block.

Son mi amables todos, buen servicio, pero necesitan mejorar van dos años que hacemos cita a cierta hora y nos dejan esperando por mucho tiempo hoy duramos una hora en espera cuando llegamos puntuales a la cita

This location used to be an amazing place to go to and the environment used to be very pleasant, that was until the manager, John Alvarado, made my visit very uncomfortable. He was very unprofessional and very rude towards his staff, even while there were customers inside. I even overheard him use the "I'm the manager" excuse to justify his bad behavior. Something needs to be done about this. I will no longer be coming to this location and will take my business elsewhere because of this.

H&R Block made it easy to schedule an appointment and to file my tax return. I recommend you see Cindy! She is great! =)
