I have been waiting for months and months for them to complete my taxes so that I can pay them. Nobody responds to me. I have called, messaged, and even visited. They always tell me they are "just about to start them!" but it has been so long I don't think they will ever be able to do them. Will never work with HR Block again. I will need to pay penalties because of their mistakes.
EXTREMELY disappointed in my tax professional, Bonnie. When I originally filed my taxes with her, she couldn't find my employer ID number therefore the IRS wouldn't accept my tax return. So she just took away that W2 and resubmitted my taxes. Now my refund is still held up! Without being able to get a call back, I had no other choice but to make a second appointment. 0 stars if I could!!! This place is a complete scam! $400 to file my tax return and $50 just to get MY W2 back! Are you insane!!!! Never again will I waste my time with the rude and arrogant staff at this company! Save your time and money and file your taxes elsewhere!
I have been a customer for 43 years and will never go back to H and R Block again. I went to the Selinsgrove office and hear Bonnie do my 2023 taxes and my local income tax was either never sent to Berkheimer or was lost in the mail. I called and Bonnie said she sent it and it still hasn’t arrived yet. I contacted H and R Block customer service three times in the last 3 weeks, and reps apologized and calls were never returned.
