I would like to commend office manager Jodie at my local H&R Block branch. I called with several questions about the online platform, and she provided exceptional customer service. She was incredibly helpful, answered every inquiry efficiently, and proactively shared the contact number for MyBlock Customer Service to ensure I have ongoing support.

After receiving a letter from the IRS, I called the office for assistance. I initially spoke with a young lady who was unsure of the answer and placed me on hold. I was then transferred to the office manager, Jodie, who was very nice, polite, and extremely helpful. She took the time to assist me and made the experience much less stressful.
Patricia (my tax analysts) is always really REALLY efficient and helpful. She explains complicated information well and is very friendly! Couldn’t be happier with my service!
