Sue Johnson at the Indian Trail office has been attentive and easy to work with through many years of my taxes, with some years being pretty tough. I highly recommend her.
I have used this office for years and it has seemed lately that the quality of service at the Indian Trail location has definitely gone downhill. Almost everyone there I have come in contact with has been rude. I've seen junkyard dogs with friendlier dispositions. I also had to file taxes for my deceased mother this year. They had me leave the paperwork and then come and pay for it. But when I had questions including if it was okay that I was signing her name without a POA and would it be accepted ok. Easy and fast
Was quoted by phone way less than the final charge. After making a stink over it, the manager finally (and begrudgingly) stuck by the original quote. I ended up owing a small amount, and was given completely erroneous information on how to pay. All these four and five star reviews must be from people related to staff, as NOTHING I've seen about H & R Block would amount more than a one star (or, if it were allowed, ZERO stars) rating. AVOID.
