The ladies are always nice and pleasant when I do my taxes with them.
I dropped my papers off on Tuesday, and they told me it was gonna be a 24hr turn around. I haven't received any information by Friday night so I came back Saturday morning. I found out they had a hard time with my documents, so they got sent to another h&r block location without telling me. I go to the next location and they haven't even started on my paperwork. Completely wasted my time. They had mu stuff for over 3 days and nothing was done.
