These past 2 years I've used the H&R Block, Bandera, TX location and my experience has been great. They have been professional, knowledgeable and nice to work with.
Our rep took great care of us. She was very thorough, went the extra mile with past years' filings, and was warm and friendly throughout. We feel she had our interests at heart and did everything possible to get us our best tax return.
Our tax specialists was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Last year I went to another well known firm's office and was met with negatives and told what I had to do, which was basically everything, before they would do my taxes. I went to H&R Block in Bandera and met with Adela, just to see what services they offer. Even though I was just interviewing her, her at that point, she was friendly, and took all the time I needed.
