I sent my tax forms to the person I thought was my rep but found out it was someone different and my forms were forwarded to the right person. This was Tuesday, April 15. As of Tuesday I still do not know the status of my taxes or my Mothers because the person doing my taxes I feel has ghosted me. This is unacceptable.
Try getting a return phone call from THIS office to either schedule or change an appointment! Not impressed with the "talent" here. Left a message the other day to reschedule. No courtesy of a return call; the company will just lose money as I'm not able to make today's appt, and I'll be damned if I reschedule anything further with Block. Run, don't walk, away from this business.
Service is tremendous. Marie Maguire was the best tax analyst I have ever had.
My experience was very professional my tax prepared was very knowledgeable it was seamless quick, direct to the point!
