Try getting a return phone call from THIS office to either schedule or change an appointment! Not impressed with the "talent" here. Left a message the other day to reschedule. No courtesy of a return call; the company will just lose money as I'm not able to make today's appt, and I'll be damned if I reschedule anything further with Block. Run, don't walk, away from this business.
Service is tremendous. Marie Maguire was the best tax analyst I have ever had.
My experience was very professional my tax prepared was very knowledgeable it was seamless quick, direct to the point!
Again! They messed me up! This is the worst service! I'm keeping my word going forward to NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I would call, no answer. I made a appointment and got to the location I originally went to and the sign on the door said closed for the day! Come to find out the preparer was just running late but no one called me to let me know so that I could come back. Then the information on the phone I finally got was wrong.
