I've been going to H&R Block for over 10 years in Bay Towne Plaza, Webster NY. Bill Gerhartz is my tax professional. Their system is made for accuracy, efficiency and I always know the IRS will accept and quickly process my return, because it is from H&R Block
I normally would tell anyone to get their taxes done H&R block but now I’m never using them again. I paid them an outrageous amount to do my taxes just for them to make a mistake and completely disappear when I tried to get them to rectify it. Taxes were due on Monday and I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone at this office and they are CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. Must be nice.
