Got assigned Patricia Flores to work with on a last minute filing and at first she seemed great. We set up a call to discuss everything which she had someone else call to reschedule on the day of. Same thing happened the day of the next appointment only this time I was told Patricia would no longer be handling our return. Never once did she call or email to apologize or help a transition to a new agent. Totally left me in the lurch and I would not recommend her or H&R Block based on my experience.
H&R Block makes the whole tax process easy and stress-free. The tax professionals are knowledgeable, friendly, and really take the time to explain everything. They help you get every credit and deduction you qualify for, and you can feel confident your taxes are done right. John Ryder provided excellent service!

Having my taxes prepared by Jack Diaz was the worst possible senario. I had him prepare my taxes this year and they were done incorrectly. I had chosen the refund advance option and was guaranteed to have my refund advance the same day. Due to his error I will not be getting the return for 21 days! H&R block offered the refund advance and that's why I chose to use this company, after being submitted the refund option cannot be ammended.
