John Ryder is the best at what he does very friendly helpful and extremely knowledgeable
Having my taxes prepared by Jack Diaz was the worst possible senario. I had him prepare my taxes this year and they were done incorrectly. I had chosen the refund advance option and was guaranteed to have my refund advance the same day. Due to his error I will not be getting the return for 21 days! H&R block offered the refund advance and that's why I chose to use this company, after being submitted the refund option cannot be ammended. I got the opportunity to work with Emily and let me tell you, it was such an easy experience. I was super nervous about my taxes and what I might be owing. Emily made the process easy and was able to answer all my questions in a way that I was able to understand. She was patient and very knowledgeable. I will come back to her next year for my taxes.
