I have been going to Kathy Ju for the past three years now. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I am very satisfied with her. The HR Block office workers are also very polite and patient.

Terrible experience. Traveled from MN to CA to get taxes done only to be stood up for appointment that had been scheduled month in advance. Get poorly trained replacement that couldn’t understand documents so had us reschedule with the person we were suppose to see. Get to that appointment only to find out the reason we were stood up was because it was a nice day for drive to the beach. She completed taxes, we pay and return to MN. Month later notice taxes had not been filed, I called and was told that I hadn’t paid for them... read more
