Had an appointment scheduled for in office. Several texts confirming my appointment . 3 hours before the appt this guy calls and ASKS if we are planning on dropping our stuff off ? Um no we have an in office appointment! He then says well that’s our policy. Oh yeah, is it? Then why did you ask me what we were doing. Why did you call In the first place. Why would you just not assume we would be dropping it off at our appointment time? What a joke!
