I made an appointment on the phone at noon. The individual that answer the phone said the next appointment was 3 o’clock that same afternoon I specifically told her that I needed to file last year‘s and this year‘s taxes she said that would be no problem and told me the name of the individual I would have an appointment with When I get there at my scheduled time, I see the individual that I had an appointment with who then told me that she could not do my taxes and she doesn’t know how to do last year with this year.
