TURBO TAX IS WAY BETTER. Wish I can give 0 stars. The tax lady, Maria Cruz, never informed me that I have to physically mail my tax forms out. I’ve been calling HRBLOCK and they tell me she is no longer ACTIVE. I’m double checking the 1040 form and I see the direct deposit bank account info is completely wrong!!!it’s September already, I am thinking the IRS maybe found issues with my taxes, after calling them they told me they never even received them!
