Worked with this company for over 5 years now. Love the service provided. I go through same lady every year. Cythania. She is sweet and kind and very responsive. Our questions always get answered in a timely manner.
Felt rushed from the minute I walked in the door. With standard deduction I had to owe money. No offer was made to itemize deductions to help out. Just sign sign and collect the $145 it was to file. Turbo Tax came out with the same amount owed but was only going to charge $50. H&R grantees max refund but doesn’t actually stick to it. If they actually provided that I would’ve had my deductions itemized.
